Venue

The workshop will take place at the Institut des Études Scientifiques (IES) in Cargèse, Corsica, France.  Further details can be found on the IES website.

Accomodation

All participants will be accommodated in a single or shared double rooms either at the conference centre or in apartments in Cargèse village, which is a 20-minute walk away. The conference centre has 30 double rooms, three of which are fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. Both the apartments and the conference centre rooms have shared kitchens. The conference centre staff will arrange accommodation and will do their best to fulfil your preferences. Lunches are included and will consist of a buffet of locally sourced products, including a vegetarian option.  Evening meals are not included. The village of Cargèse offers numerous reasonably priced restaurants with vegetarian options.

Transfer to and from Cargèse

The city with the closest location is Ajaccio.

The workshop will start on Monday, 11 May 2026. The easiest way to get there is to take the shuttle, which will collect participants from Ajaccio Airport on Sunday 10 May in the afternoon. The exact pick-up times will depend on the arrival times of participants' flights.
On Saturday morning, 16 May, a shuttle will take participants from Cargèse to Ajaccio Airport. Further details will be provided in due course.
